    Service Description

    NobleHost AI provides SMS text messaging services to facilitate:

    • Booking confirmations and reminders
    • Appointment notifications
    • Guest service updates
    • Important property announcements
    • Requested information delivery
    • Product demonstrations and testing
    • Demo account communications

    Message Frequency

    Client Success texts: up to 5 msgs/mo · Demo: up to 30 msgs/session · Guest updates: up to 4 msgs per stay-day (28/week).

    Message and Data Rates

    Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. NobleHost AI does not charge for SMS services, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

    Opt-In Consent

    By providing your phone number to any NobleHost AI client property, you consent to receive text messages.

    Consent is not a condition of purchase.

    Methods of providing consent:

    • Verbally to staff or AI concierge
    • Via online booking forms
    • Through property websites
    • By texting START to any property number
    • By participating in a NobleHost AI demo
    • By requesting a product demonstration

    Demo Participant Notice

    If you are participating in a NobleHost AI demonstration:

    • You may receive test messages as part of the demo experience
    • All demo messages will be clearly identified
    • Demo messages are limited to the demonstration period
    • Standard message rates apply
    • Text STOP to end demo messages immediately
    • Demo data is deleted within 30 days

    Opt-Out Instructions

    You may opt out at any time by:

    • Texting STOP to any message from us
    • Calling the property directly
    • Emailing optout@noblehost.ai

    You will receive a confirmation of opt-out within 24 hours.

    Privacy and Data Use

    Your information is used solely for:

    • Delivering requested services
    • Sending booking-related communications
    • Improving guest experiences

    We never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
